You have a 12 month warranty on your purchases from us so just get in contact if you have any troubles and you can return the item (If faulty shipping at our cost) and we will replace the item or refund you the purchase price. You will need to send us a picture or video of the issue as proof. If the item is sent back without this proof it will need to be returned in as new condition and if possible if we can test and prove faulty then we will give a full refund. If we cannot prove it is faulty then a refund will be given less a 10% restocking fee. Note that refunds for returns due to change of mind or incorrect item ordered will be charged a 10% restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refundable amount)(shipping at your cost; refused orders will be charged $12 on top of the 10% restocking fee). In regards to apps we suggest in multiple places on our site that you purchase the free app then get a paid app. We do not refund paid app purchases. .
Exchanges are allowed only within a week after an item is purchased (shipping at your cost), and they must be returned in good condition (item and packaging). A 10% restocking fee will still apply in these instances.
