Some vehicles do not allow a forced/manual DPF regen using third-party tools as the process will need to be done manually on the vehicle via user inputs. In this case the scanner will only provide instructions on how to do the process manually via user inputs on the vehicle, and will not have the capability to automate the process. This is not indicative of a ‘faulty’ scanner and any return reason with such will be subject to our Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.
