From 2018 models onwards these brands of vehicles likely have the security Gateway Module fitted to the car. This means if you plug a scanner into OBD2 port they will get very little information and cannot clear codes. You will need to use the included 8+12Pin adaptor and plug into the Gateway Module instead of the OBD2 Port.
