We are based in Perth, Western Australia. This is where our warehouse is and where we store our items. We are an online only store as this allows us to keep our prices down and it is the way things are going. If you are based in Perth you can select pick up and collect from our warehouse or for people from all over Australia if you need it in a hurry we have overnight shipping. Please note that we only have a warehouse to pick up orders from, and not a retail store/shopfront.

- WHERE ARE YOU GUYS BASED?
- WHY NO PHONE NUMBER?
We run a system of live chats and emails as this allows us to serve our customers better and run a more streamlined operation. One person can answer 3 chats but it is hard to answer 3 phone calls at the same time. It also allows our team to easily collect data on common questions so we can improve our collection of content and instructions to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
- SHIPPING & TRACKING
Most orders with free shipping will be at your address within 2 – 8 business days. However if you choose express shipping they should be there in 2 – 3 days business days. We also have the option of overnight shipping which means it will get to you next day if in Metro area and placed before 12PM WA time. If your order is placed after 12PM, it will miss shipping for that day so it will be despatched the next day (note that that is an extra day added to the shipping time). Our items are held in stock in our warehouse in western Australia (Perth) so you will get them as quick as we can get them to you with Auspost. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see when it will get to you. (Covid is currently causing some delays and these are outside of our control so please be patient)
- WHAT ABOUT RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have a 12 month warranty on your purchases from us so just get in contact if you have any troubles and you can return the item (shipping at your cost) and we will refund you the purchase price. You will need to send us a picture or video of the issue as proof. Or we send out a replacement to you at no cost. If the item is sent back without this proof it will need to be returned in as new condition and if possible if we can test and prove faulty then we will give a full refund. If we cannot prove it is faulty then a refund will be given less a 10% restocking fee. Note that refunds for returns due to change of mind or incorrect item ordered will be charged a 10% restocking fee (which will be deducted from the refundable amount)(shipping at your cost; refused orders will be charged $12 on top of the 10% restocking fee). In regards to apps we suggest in multiple places on our site that you purchase the free app then get a paid app. We do not refund paid app purchases. We back our products and want to make dealing with us as easy as possible so any problems just get in touch with us and we will sort you out.

On-board diagnostics (OBD) is the cars ability to record and diagnose problems. It allows you to see all the data that your car can provide, make some simple changes and find and clear faults. The tools that plug into these ports are a must have tool on modern cars for you to work our issues and also for doing standard service jobs. - What tool will work with my car?
This can sometimes be a hard one to answer. But if your car is newer than 2006 in Australia then most OBD2 tools we sell will work with your car. If you car is older please contact us and we can help you out.
- Whats the difference between the cheaper and more expensive tools?
We sell a range of tools and the main difference between the lower price tools and the more expensive tools is the systems they check. The cheaper ones will just check your engine data/codes and the more expensive tools will check all modules of your car airbags, transmission, injector coding etc.
